About Me
I am a certified Pilates Instructor in Upper Dublin, PA. I help my clients improve their flexibility, muscle strength, and tone from the core out.
When I first discovered pilates I was experiencing recurring back pain and had very little core strength. As I began to practice, my back and core improved. A year or so later, I slipped on some wet leaves and ended up in a boot. My foot and ankle were immobilized, causing muscle degeneration and atrophy. Pilates helped me regain my strength and balance.
I’m passionate about Pilates. It has changed the way I move, improved my posture, has helped me rehab (repeatedly ;). It brings me joy.
Pilates builds bone density, supports balance, and connects us to functional movement which we use in our everyday lives. It’s whole body fitness, adaptable to many fitness levels. Pilates is for every body.
